The Balboa Game Company was a relatively
minor company known best for Napoleonic miniatures. Linked with the
War House retail outlet in Long Beach, California, the company only
produced one modern board wargame at the tactical level (as well as
operational level games) though it did produce variants for
PanzerBlitz.
